In Vertt’s pricing policy, there are a few predefined situations where you can be charged as a passenger:
Ride price - When the passenger enters the necessary information about the pickup and destination address, we use this information to calculate the route and give an estimate of the final price. This price will be charged at the end of the trip.
No-show fee - When the driver arrives at your pickup location, you will be notified via the Vertt app that they are there and ready to start the ride you requested. From that moment on, you have an estimated time frame of 3 MINUTES to arrive at your designated pickup address. However, if for some reason you don't show up within those 3 minutes, it is possible that the driver will mark you as a NO-SHOW and charge you a NO-SHOW fee.
Cancelation fee - If you cancel the ride AFTER 3 MINUTES after the driver has accepted the ride request, we will charge a cancelation fee.
