Vertt’s rating system is available for both drivers and passengers.

If you are a driver, you can describe your experience with the passenger, and also rate it with stars from 1 to 5.

We will take into consideration every ride rate and make sure every upcoming one is your best one.

Your opinion is what we value the most, so that’s why giving a rate to your experience is mandatory as a driver and as a passenger. Make sure to rate carefully, since there is no possibility to change it once the ride is complete.
