How to identify the passenger

Useful tips to recognize the passenger: 

• Check the passenger’s profile photo provided in the app
• Additionally, you can see their name on the app and ask the person you think should be them, once you arrive at the pick-up address

Following these tips minimizes the risk of you picking up the wrong passenger.
