How to offer a Ride

Step 1

Tap the "START" button to go online so that you are visible and available to potential passengers.

Step 2

When you receive a ride request, you have a total of 12 seconds to accept or decline the request.

Step 3

After you accepted the request, you will be shown the route to the passenger's pick-up location. As soon as you have arrived at the passenger's pick-up point and the passenger has boarded the bus, you can start the journey.

Step 4

When you have arrived at the destination address, you can complete the journey by dragging the arrow to the right in the green field below.

Cash payments (optional)

If the passenger pays with cash (cash), you will always be shown before and after the order in the app. Here is an example

You can select Cash as a payment method in the app under Profiles > Driver Options.

Note, however, that the responsibility and risk lies entirely with you as the driver.

Step 5

After the ride is complete, you can rate the passenger and your experience.
