I. Lost something
If you as a passenger have lost something during your ride, please provide us with some details of the item (type, color etc.) and possibly a photo. Further, please provide your phone number into the Submit a request form, so we can match you with the driver.
- Please note that, by submitting the request, you give us permission to further give your number to the driver, so you can arrange a meeting and get your lost item back.
II. Lost Phone
We are sorry to learn that you lost your phone. However, we would be glad to do our best and help you find it.
Please fulfill the Submit a request form and provide a friend’s number or any number that we can contact you on.
Furthermore, please provide any details, like the model and color of your phone, and any specific details so we can identify your phone.
