Lost/ forgotten item
If you as a passenger have lost/forgotten something during your ride, we will try to help you find your item.
You have the following possibilities:
1. Within 24 hours after the ride, you can open the corresponding ride in the app under "your rides" and contact the driver directly.
2. After 24 hours, you can contact us using the button below. Give us information about the ride so we know which driver to contact.
* Please note that by submitting the request, you give us permission to give your number to the driver, so he can contact you.
Please have in mind that Vertt drivers are driving independently, so neither Vertt nor the specific driver can be responsible for your lost item.
