Bank account
It is required that you submit a bank account number so that Vertt will be able to transfer the weekly net earnings for the rides completed. It is not mandatory to add the bank account number while in the process of onboarding.
However, once you are approved and start accepting ride requests it is advised to add a bank account number as soon as possible. This is essential for the sole reason of transferring your net earnings to your bank account number.
Hence, there are two possibilities for submitting your bank account number:
- Onboarding - While you are in the process of registering your account
- If you skip the mentioned step, you can submit your bank account number by clicking on “This is you” from the side menu bar and choose “Bank Account” from the list of options.
The driver must always use ONLY ONE bank account number. This bank account number needs to be active so that it is possible to accept transfers.
Payment methods accepted
Once you create your Vertt account and are confirmed as a driver, by default you are accepting ride requests from both payment methods: cash and card.
Of course, you can change this at any given point by selecting one or both of them in the “Driver Options” feature in the “This is you” section. You can always change your preferment, but you must have at least one chosen.
