No show fee
When you arrive at the pick-up location the passenger requested, they will be notified through the Vertt app, that you are there and are ready to give them the requested ride.
From this moment on the passenger has an estimated time frame of 3 MINUTES to arrive at the pick-up address they specified. They can always contact you during this time using the contact button from the app and make sure that you wait for their arrival.
If however, for any reason, they fail to show up during this time frame, and they do not contact you to inform you, you have the right to mark them as a NO SHOW, and they will be charged a No-Show fee from which we transfer 82% to your account.

Cancel ride fee
When the passenger requests a ride and we find the optimal driver, the ride request can be accepted or declined. Once you as a driver accept the ride request, the passenger is able to cancel the ride. If the Passenger cancels the ride within 3 MINUTES, after you accept the ride request, we do NOT CHARGE A FEE for the cancelation.
If, however, the passenger chooses to cancel the ride AFTER 3 MINUTES has passed and you have already accepted the ride request, then we charge the passenger a cancelation fee, from which we transfer 82% to your account.

If the passenger cancels the ride while riding to their destination, then they will be charged the full price, for the ride, according to the taximeter, when the ride is finished.
