Promo-Codes

The following should be noted about our coupon codes:

• Promo-Code usage is limited, meaning each has an expiration date. The expiration date is displayed directly next to the Promo-Code.
• Depending on the Promo-Code, it can be valid on one or multiple rides
• Please note that each Promo-Code is only submitted once, and it can be used at any time - until its expiration date
• You can have multiple active Promo-Codes ready in your app. If you order a ride, the highest available discount will be deducted automatically

How can I use my promo code?

1. Go to the side menu on the "top left"
2. Go to "Promotions"
3. Enter your Promo-Code
4. On your next trip, the highest Promo-Code will be applied automatically
