How can a driver be rated?

After the ride, you can rate your driver. This is an important step to ensure the quality of the drivers.

As a passenger, you can rate your driver by giving 1 to 5 stars, as well as submit a comment for your ride with Vertt. The driver won't see your individual rating, he only sees his total rating. He also won't see the comment but it helps us to improve our service.
