Forgot password

Please follow the instructions to change or reset your password:

Reset password:

1. Click on "Forgot your password?"
   You will now receive a confirmation code via SMS. Please enter the 6-digit code directly into the displayed field
2. Once you have entered the code, the app will give you the option to enter a new password Choose a secure password and click on "next"
3. Log in with the new password and you're done

Change password:

If you want to simply change your password, while you are logged in to your account, follow the next few steps:

1. Go to the side menu at the top left
2. Select "Profile"
3. Click on the "Password" field
4. Choose your new password
5. Confirm with "Save" and you are done
