1. No-Show fee
When the driver arrives at your pick-up location you will be notified through the Vertt app, that they are there and are ready to give you the requested ride.
From this moment on you have an estimated time frame of 3 MINUTES to arrive at the pick-up address you specified. You can always contact the driver during this time using the contact button from the app and make sure that the driver will await your arrival.
If however, for any reason, you fail to show up during this time frame, and you do not contact the driver to inform them, unfortunately, it is possible that the driver will mark you as a NO-SHOW, and you will be charged a NO-SHOW FEE of:

2. Cancel ride fee
- When the passenger requests a ride and we find the optimal driver, the ride request can be accepted or declined. Once the driver accepts the ride request, the passenger is able to cancel the ride. If the Passenger cancels the ride within 3 MINUTES, after the driver accepts the ride request, we do NOT CHARGE A FEE for the cancelation.
- If however, the passenger chooses to cancel the ride AFTER 3 MINUTES has passed and the driver has already accepted the ride request, then we charge the passenger a cancelation fee.

- If the passenger cancels the ride while riding to their destination, then they will be charged the full price, for the ride, according to the taximeter, when the ride is finished.
