How to order a Vertt

In order to request a ride, you need the Vertt App and an active account. Then follow these steps:

Step 1

Open the application and click on "Determine your destination".

Step 2

Here you can enter your desired destination address.

Step 3

You can now see the fare. Swipe up on the selected category to see the full price overview.

To start your order click on "Order Vertt".

Step 4

Confirm your pick-up location

Step 5

The app will now search for a suitable driver.

Step 6

After the driver has accepted your ride request, the app displays the driver's current location and estimated time of arrival at your pick-up location.

You will then be notified when the driver arrives at your pick-up location. Enjoy your ride with Vertt!

Step 7

After the ride, you can rate the driver.

If your location services are turned off, we will not be able to locate your current location and use it as your collection address. In this case, you can add your pick-up address by manually entering the address in the pick-up address field or by using the pin on the map to enter the address.
