The ride was taken by another passenger

In the passenger’s application, your profile photo, the color, the model of the vehicle, and the car plate number are provided, so the passenger can be sure it is you.

However, in some cases, there is a possibility this kind of issue happens, and the wrong passenger enters your vehicle for the ride.

In these cases, we suggest you always ask for the passenger’s name and destination. This way, you lower or avoid the risk of picking up the wrong passenger.
