I did not feel safe with the passenger

Vertt has the goal of providing safe and comfortable rides for you and every passenger.

We tend to provide security to all of Vertt’s users. That includes both drivers and passengers.

As a driver, you should never feel like you could be in danger during the ride. If you, in any case, feel insecure during your ride with the passenger/s please contact Vertt.

If you feel uncomfortable starting or during the ride, it is your decision to stop the ride or explain to the Passenger that you would not like to start the ride and why.
