If you cannot see the copy of the receipt in your Inbox folder on your email, please check your Spam or Junk folders. If you find the receipt there, mark the emails as "no-spam" or "no junk" and add Vertt to your contacts. This will ensure that in the future, you receive the copies of your ride receipts.
