The vehicle did not match with the one in the app

When ordering a ride, the app will show you the model and car plate number of the vehicle that is going to arrive at your address, so you can easily identify it.

If the vehicle does not match the one provided in the app, please submit a request, let us know, and answer the following questions (as good as possible):

• Details of the car that picked you up
• Model of the vehicle
• License plates of the vehicle
• Was your driver another person?
• Were there any unexpected passengers?
