Contact your driver

Once the ride request is made and the ride offer is accepted, either the passenger or the driver can contact each other to prevent unlikely situations.

Both the driver and the passenger can contact each other only while making and confirming a ride request, so they can confirm that it is the right location, to inform that either one of them might be late or early arriving, etc.

The contact button will appear on your screen as a call or message icon when the ride offer is accepted.
