Phone number changing policy

Your phone number is the unique identifier by which our system recognises you as a user. So that is why we do not offer the possibility of changing the phone number you first entered when creating your account, because that would mean a completely different user. Your account is primarily linked to your phone number.

If however, you wish to create a new account or you simply don’t remember the number you first provided, you have to make a new account with a new phone number.
