How to give a ride

To start giving rides you should be signed in with your driver account in the Vertt Driver Application.  

Simple steps to start giving rides: 

1. Open the driver application and tap the “START” button to go online, so you can be visible and available to the potential passengers. 
2. When you receive the ride request, you have a total of 20 seconds to accept or decline the request. 
3. After you tap and accept the request, you will be shown the passenger’s pick-up location.  
4. You can start the ride now. When you arrive at the pick-up address the passenger will be automatically notified of your arrival 
5. To start the journey swipe the button below, and you will be shown the passenger’s destination address. 
6. When you arrive to the destination address, you can finish the ride by swiping to drop off. 
7. After the ride is finished you can now rate your passenger and your experience.
